Terms of Service
By creating a Klaro account, installing the Klaro application, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Service description
Klaro is an AI-powered business operations platform that provides agents to assist with business management tasks.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. Keep account information accurate, safeguard your credentials, and notify Klaro promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
3. License and permitted use
Subject to these Terms and applicable fees, Klaro grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for internal business purposes. You may not improperly reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent protection measures or rate limits.
4. Your content, credentials, and BYOK
You retain rights in data, documents, prompts, transcripts, and other materials you provide to or process through Klaro. Where you provide your own API credentials, the third-party provider bills you directly.
5. Third-party services
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for consents required from end users and counterparties.
6. Billing and subscriptions
Fees are exclusive of taxes unless prohibited by law. Except as expressly stated or required by law, fees are non-refundable.
7. Availability and support
Klaro's availability depends in part on third-party services. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will use reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, send unlawful unsolicited communications, or harm others.
9. Confidentiality and intellectual property
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care. Klaro and its licensors own the Service, software, documentation, and trademarks.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klaro disclaims warranties and limits liability as stated in these Terms.
